Time period: A shop may offer a return period of 14–30 days

Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have tags attached

Refunds: Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit

Exceptions: Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange

Gift items: Gift items may be eligible for a gift credit

Damaged items: If an item is damaged, the shop may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund

Postage: The shop may specify who is responsible for paying for return postage
- A shop may charge a cancellation fee for services
- A shop may hold a deposit to cover financial losses
- A shop may demand payment if the deposit doesn't cover its losses
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
