Cancellation policy

Return policy
  • Time period: A shop may offer a return period of 14–30 days 
  • Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have tags attached 
  • Refunds: Refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit 
  • Exceptions: Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange 
  • Gift items: Gift items may be eligible for a gift credit 
  • Damaged items: If an item is damaged, the shop may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund 
  • Postage: The shop may specify who is responsible for paying for return postage 
Cancellation clause 
  • A shop may charge a cancellation fee for services
  • A shop may hold a deposit to cover financial losses
  • A shop may demand payment if the deposit doesn't cover its losses
